Integr8te Ltd
Integr8te makes integrity accountable. We map and fix the accountability gaps that organisational change leaves inside asset-owning businesses, so the right person owns every risk and the control holds in practice rather than on paper.
Opportunity sits between procedure and practice. Procedure is what is written down: the roles, the ownership, the accountability. Practice is what happens on the ground. Merger, reorganisation, succession and asset life all pull the two apart. We work in the distance between them.
What we do
The Accountability Gap Review
. Who owns each risk. Who owns it after the change. Answered with evidence before a regulator, an insurer or an acquirer asks.
Problem-area integrity packages
. The areas nobody fully owns: pressure systems, corrosion under insulation, dead legs, small bore tubing, relief devices, structural connections.
Standing governance
. The accountability map stays live as the organisation moves.
Undeclared AI Review
. Fixed scope, fixed price, ten working days, fully remote. Where AI already shapes the data underneath decisions your people sign.
Training and community
. AI governance for boards, leaders and contract owners.
Free ISO self-assessments
. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001.
All of it runs under EVOLVE, the method Integr8te uses with every client. Six pillars: Evidence, Verify, Ownership, Leverage, Value, Embed.
Governance is what lets you use more AI, not less. Accountability for a decision does not transfer when the input to that decision starts being produced by a machine. Dates verified 29 August 2026 against the Digital Omnibus on AI, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force 27 July 2026.
In force now: AI Act Article 4 AI literacy, Article 50 transparency, Article 26 deployer duties on high-risk systems.
20 January 2027: EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230. Machine learning safety components move into third party conformity assessment.
2 December 2027: AI Act Annex III standalone high-risk, deferred by the Digital Omnibus.
2 August 2028: AI Act Annex I, AI embedded in products.
The Machinery Regulation bites nineteen months before the AI Act route that catches the same manufacturers.
